Healthy 3 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

dsc_2270

Can you believe it? These cookies only have 3 ingredients and no sugar! The banana gives the cookies their added sweetness.

  • Oats
  • Ripe Bananas
  • Raisins

You can mix these up however which way you want them. You can mix in whatever you like with these cookies. Pumpkin Pie Spice, Cinnamon, Chocolate Chips, Cinnamon Chips, White Chocolate Chips, the sky is the limit. White Chocolate Chips and dried cranberries sound good.

I even gave these to my dogs, they love bananas and oats are super healthy! Makes 16 cookies,  only 1 smart points each.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quick cooking oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins

Instructions

  1. Mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl, and then mix in 1 cup of quick oats and a handful of raisins. Don’t add too many raisins or the cookies will fall apart.
  2. Place about 16 small scoops on a greased or non-stick foiled lined baking sheet, and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes (keep an eye on them as every oven varies)
  3. Serving Size: 1 cookie

How are they .5 points with the frozen cranberries? I’m still getting 1 point in the recipe builder.

I used fresh frozen cranberries instead of raisins (yuck) and put some cinnamon in them and they are only 0.54 points for each cookie! <3

I updated the recipe. Should be 16 cookies. My apologies for any confusion.

As a diabetic I am always hungry and love to snack which is bad. I have just cooked a batch of these adding some mixed spice. They are BRILLIANT no added sugar and chewy so last longer than normal bikkies. Now I have a snack that I CAN eat. A great big thanks to the person who started this
