This easy Oreo fluff recipe is a no-bake dessert with lots of flavor. It is made of only 4 ingredients and is a fun side dish to bring to any gathering. Just keep it chilled in the fridge before serving. The pudding mixture sets in the fridge and you can add whatever toppings you like to it.

Sometimes the Deli counters at the grocery stores I go to sell this in containers but it's so easy to just make at home yourself.

If you've been following the WW program for quite some time now "fluff" recipes like this were quite popular and handed out at meetings. Especially this popular recipe for Pumpkin Fluff, Cranberry Fluff or Orange Fluff. Oreo fluff is also good on top of chocolate cupcakes!

    How to make Oreo Fluff

It takes no time at all to make Oreo Fluff and it is super easy to make too!

Step 1: Take one box of instant jello pudding (white chocolate) and whisk in the amount of milk it calls for on the box.

Step 2: Fold in a whole container of cool whip and crushed Oreos. I saved some Oreos to decorate the top of the Oreo fluff with to make it look nice.

Step 3: Serve in a nice white dish or serving dish and Enjoy!

Note: You can crush Oreos in a zip lock bag using a wooden rolling pin or food processor.

    Oreo Fluff Tips

The sugar-free boxes of instant pudding are either 1 oz or 1.4 oz.

The regular boxes of instant pudding are 3.4 oz boxes. They both require 2 cups of milk. It is fine to use both sizes for this.

When purchasing instant pudding get ones closer to the 1 oz size as you can.

This dessert can be made Weight Watcher friendly too. See the recipe below the original. 🙂

I can’t find any reduced fat Oreos. Any idea which Oreos would be the best substitute? Oreo thins?

Lol NVM I'm sure once you get your serving size it could equal the 4 or 5 points. I'm new to the program so I'm trying to stay low in numbers, and am craving dessert sooo bad, when I added it all it was a huge number, then changed the serving size and it went down to 4. Thanks! Can't wait to try this.
