    Easy Oreo Fluff Recipe (4 Ingredients)

    This easy Oreo fluff recipe is a no-bake dessert with lots of flavor. It is made of only 4 ingredients and is a fun side dish to bring to any gathering. Just keep it chilled in the fridge before serving. The pudding mixture sets in the fridge and you can add whatever toppings you like to it.

    Sometimes the Deli counters at the grocery stores I go to sell this in containers but it's so easy to just make at home yourself.

    If you've been following the WW program for quite some time now "fluff" recipes like this were quite popular and handed out at meetings. Especially this popular recipe for Pumpkin Fluff, Cranberry Fluff or Orange Fluff. Oreo fluff is also good on top of chocolate cupcakes!

    Why You Will Love This Recipe

    LIke I mentioned above its only 4 ingredients and it's an easy dessert that doesn't require an oven to bake.

    You can also use this as a base to make vanilla ice cream with your Ninja Creami. I turned this recipe into Cookies and Cream.

    Ingredients for Oreo Fluff

    Ingredients needed for Oreo Fluff.
    • 1 1oz box  instant pudding mix (Sugar-Free) or frozen whipped topping 
    • 2 cups skim milk 
    • 1 (8 oz) container of Fat-Free Cool Whip - can sub whipped cream if you aren't a fan of Cool Whip 
    • 6 reduced fat Oreo cookies , crushed - use your food processor or a rolling pin to crush the Oreo cookies.

    How to make Oreo Fluff

    It takes no time at all to make Oreo Fluff dessert and it is super easy to make too!

    Step 1: Take one box of instant jello pudding (white chocolate) and whisk in the amount of milk it calls for on the box.

    Step 2: Fold in a whole container of cool whip and crushed Oreos. I saved some Oreos to decorate the top of the Oreo fluff with to make it look nice.

    Step 3: Serve in a nice white dish or serving dish and Enjoy!

    Note: You can crush Oreos in a zip lock bag using a wooden rolling pin or food processor.

    What to Serve with Oreo Fluff?

    Sometimes it's just best to use a spoon and dig into this Oreo Fluff. You don't always need a dipping utensil but here are some ideas for things to serve Oreo fluff with.

    Graham Crackers The classic choice! Their subtle sweetness and crunchy texture complement the creamy fluff beautifully.

    Vanilla Wafers These light, crispy cookies add a delightful contrast to the rich, smooth Oreo fluff.

    Pretzel Sticks For a sweet and salty combination, pretzel sticks offer a satisfying crunch that pairs well with the sweetness of the fluff.

    Strawberries Fresh strawberries provide a refreshing, juicy bite that balances the richness of the Oreo fluff.

    Banana Slices Soft and sweet banana slices make for a delectable pairing, enhancing the creaminess of the fluff.

    Oreo Fluff Substitutions and Variations

    Try a strawberry Fluff using cheesecake pudding, with crushed-up graham crackers or crushed pretzels during the Spring time. 

    Try these recipes for Cake Batter Oreo or Peppermint Oreo Fluff

    If you love oreos try Oreo Icebox Cake or Ninja Creami Cookies and Cream.

    Dairy-Free Options If you're avoiding dairy, here are some alternatives:

    • Cream Cheese: Use dairy-free cream cheese, made primarily from nuts or soy, to achieve the same creamy texture.
    • Whipped Topping: Substitute with coconut whipped cream, which is light and airy, just like traditional whipped topping.
    • Milk: Replace with almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk to keep the mixture smooth and creamy.

    Gluten-Free Variations For those with gluten sensitivities, consider the following:

    • Oreo Cookies: Use gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies. Many brands now offer gluten-free versions that are just as tasty.

    Sugar-Free or Low-Sugar Alternatives To reduce sugar content: (This is a great option for Weight Watcher friendly Oreo Fluff)

    • Oreo Cookies: Opt for sugar-free or reduced-sugar chocolate sandwich cookies.
    • Whipped Topping: Use sugar-free whipped topping, which is readily available in most supermarkets.

    Does Oreo Fluff go bad?

    Oreo Fluff with last in the fridge for 3 - 5 days. Always store leftovers in clean, food-grade containers. The type of container doesn’t really matter. Use zip top bag, glass, plastic,  whatever!  Make sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container before putting it in the freezer or refrigerator.  

    How is this a WW recipe?

    ANY recipe you see online can be a WW recipe. Find ways to adjust the points and replace ingredients that are lower in calories or higher in protein to make the recipe suit your needs.

    How does WW work?

    Each recipe or food has a Smart Points value. This is calculated using calories, saturated fat, protein, and sugar. It is best to stay away from foods that are loaded with saturated fat and sugar on the plan because those foods are higher in points.

    Description

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 1 1oz box  instant vanilla pudding mix (Sugar-Free) 
    • 2 cups skim milk 
    • 1 (8 oz) container of Fat-Free Cool Whip 
    • 6 reduced fat Oreos , crushed

    Instructions

    1. In a large bowl whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in the cool whip and Oreos. 
    2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refridgerate for 1 hr until the fluff has set, or overnight. 
    3. Makes 10 servings, serving size: 1 heaping ½ cup.

      I wonder how this would taste with greek yogurt instead of cool whip. And then I bet it could be frozen into pops maybe. This is def a keeper.
