Skinny Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings for only 4 smart points per serving!
Hey guys I want to thank each and everyone of you for visiting my page this month. I already broke a million page views yesterday and the month isn’t over with yet! So thanks so much for coming to my site! This is the first time ever reaching 1 million page views and lets hope that continues in the future. 🙂
The Super Bowl is coming up on Sunday next week and I’m creating 3 easy “Skinny” recipes that won’t bust your jean belts. The first recipe I made was the Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread for 1 smart point each. The second recipe are these Skinny Buffalo Chicken Wings. All of these recipes will be complete with videos and will be posted on my youtube channel by Sunday this week. If you’re hosting a party at home you can use you’re air fryer to make these chicken wings or use your air fryer to make any appetizer for next Sunday! Franks Buffalo Wing sauce is 0 smart points for half a cup. Isn’t that sweet? I’d say so if you’re a buffalo chicken lover fan. I typically don’t count any type of seasoning packets. Does anyone else not count spices or spice packets? These Buffalo Wings come out so crispy in the air fryer, you will love these. Stay tuned tomorrow to see what the next recipe will be.
I’m actually going to be in Minneapolis next Sunday during the Superbowl but I’m not going to it. Tickets are uber expensive and people are asking around $1,000.
- 1 pound of chicken wings
- ½ cup of buffalo wing sauce
- ½ packet hidden valley ranch seasoning
- Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket and set the temp to 400 degrees F and set the timer to 20 minutes
- After the 20 minutes are done, take the chicken wings out and place the in a medium bowl. Add the ranch seasoning mix to the chicken and toss the wings to coat with the ranch seasoning. Add the buffalo sauce and continue to toss the chicken wings in the bowl until everything is well coated.
