
Awhile back, I made a recipe for Big Mac in a Bowl and people loved it. I know what you’re thinking though. Why not just go to Mcdonald’s and get a Big Mac Burger? These Big Mac Tacos are a fun and creative way to eat a Big Mac Burger and it’s easier than you think. You probably even have all the ingredients to make Big Mac Sauce in your pantry already.
If you don’t want to make homemade big mac sauce, just use a bottle of thousand island dressing to save an extra step. That’s pretty much what Big Mac sauce is anyway.
What Ingredients do I need?
- Ground beef - If you can, use grass-fed ground beef or whatever type of ground beef you like. Ground Turkey will even work with this.
- Cheddar cheese - shredded
- Seed Buns - You will not need the whole bun to make this, just half of one for 1 taco.
- Shredded Ice Berg Lettuce
- Slices of Cheese
- Big Mac Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of ketchup
- ¼ cup pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

How to Make Big Mac Tacos

Brown the ground beef in a skillet on medium low heat. Drain any extra fat and add the cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To make the Big Mac Sauce - combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, onion powder, and vinegar in a bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
Take ½ of a sesame seed bun and roll it out until it’s flat with a rolling pin.
Stick them on a taco tray holder and add a slice of cheese, shredded lettuce, ground beef, Big Mac sauce and pickles.
Garnish with whatever burger toppings you like.

- 2 Lite Sesame Seed Buns
- 2 cups Shredded Ice Berg Lettuce
- 4 Slices of Velveeta Cheese
Big Mac Sauce
- 1 cup lite mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of reduced-sugar ketchup
- ¼ cup pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Onion Powder

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet on medium-low heat. Drain any extra fat and add the cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- To make the Big Mac Sauce - combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, onion powder, and vinegar in a bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Take ½ of a sesame seed bun and roll it out until it’s flat with a rolling pin. Continue rolling with the rest of the 3 buns to get 4 taco shells.
- Stick them on a taco tray holder and add a slice of cheese, shredded lettuce, ground beef, Big Mac sauce and pickles.
- Garnish with whatever burger toppings you like.
