Eggs and Greek yogurt are 0 points on WW and you can make this very low in points and flavorful by using fresh herbs and whatever spices you have in your pantry. I chose to use dill because that just pairs well with greek yogurt and some chives. There are few different kinds of low point bread options out there. Healthier Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make some hard-boiled eggs with whatever cooking method you like. For my air fryer method, I set the temp to 250 and cooked them for 16 minutes. Then I put them in an ice water bath to stop the cooking. Chop your eggs up and add them to a bowl. Then add the next 7 ingredients. Mix well to combine. Serve on top of bread or warmed up pita.
