If you love s’mores and coffee, get ready for the ultimate summer mashup: the Iced S’mores Latte. It's chocolatey, creamy, and perfectly chilled—basically a campfire treat in latte form.

And the secret ingredient? The viral coffee creamer that is trending on Tiktok right now which is the Chobani S’mores Creamer. It adds that toasted marshmallow, graham cracker, and milk chocolate flavor without any heavy syrups or fancy gear. PS. I really wish Chobani would make some dairy-free coffee creamers for us people that are lactose intolerance.

Iced Smores Coffee with the new Chobani Creamer.

As a coffee-lover who’s tried more iced drink combos than I can count, this one’s a total keeper. It’s sweet but not over-the-top, and it makes your morning feel like a treat—even if you’re just sipping it in yoga pants on your porch (a vibe, honestly).

Why You’ll Love This Iced S’mores Latte

I love some coffee and have made quite a bit of recipes on this site like this Teddy Graham Latte, Cookie Butter Latte Dunkin Donuts (Copy Cat Recipe), or Iced Crackling Latte (Viral Tiktok Recipe).

    • ☕ Made in minutes – No espresso machine needed
    • 🍫 Big flavor, low effort – The Chobani creamer does all the heavy lifting
    • 🧊 Cold, creamy, and satisfying – Perfect for summer mornings or afternoon pick-me-ups
    • 🔥 S’mores flavor without the fire pit – Get that marshmallow-graham vibe without the sticky fingers

As someone who avoids heavy dairy, I also love that Chobani creamers are lactose-free, making this latte gentler on your stomach while still tasting indulgent.

Ingredients You’ll Need for Smore’s Latte

    • ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso, cooled
    • ¾ cup unsweetened milk of choice (I use oat milk for a creamy texture)
    • 2–3 tablespoons Chobani S’mores Creamer – adjust to taste
    • Ice – enough to fill your glass
    • Optional toppings: whipped cream (dairy-free if needed), mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, chocolate drizzle

🥛 Dairy-Free Milk Substitutions (great for lattes)

These froth well and pair beautifully with flavored creamers:

    • Oatly Barista Oat Milk – super creamy, mild flavor, great in coffee
    • Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk or Oatmilk Barista Blend – rich and neutral
    • Chobani Oat Milk Extra Creamy – works great for iced or hot drinks
    • Planet Oat Original or Vanilla – affordable, widely available, and gentle on the stomach

How to Make an Iced S'mores Latte

Step 1 Brew your coffee and let it cool. I like using my French press or just a strong K-Cup and chilling it for a bit.

Step 2 Fill a glass with ice – mason jars work great for this. Add the cooled coffee, then pour in your milk of choice.

Step 3 Stir in the Chobani S’mores Creamer. Taste and add more if you want it sweeter or extra marshmallow.

Step 4 Top it off with whipped cream, crushed grahams, a few mini marshmallows, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup if you’re feeling extra.

Sip and pretend you’re by a campfire in July.

    Substitution Tips

    • No creamer? You can mix regular Chobani sweet cream with a dash of cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
    • Need dairy-free? The Chobani S’mores Creamer is lactose-free, but you can also swap in oat or almond-based s’mores-flavored creamers or use flavored syrups with dairy-free milk.
    • Want a hot version? Just heat the milk and creamer together and pour over hot espresso—tastes just as dreamy!
