This boozy Rumchata Hot Chocolate is the perfect Holiday treat to serve on a cold Winter’s night.
This is the best hot chocolate I’ve ever made because:
1. It’s spiked with Rumchata
2. Andes mints.
What is Rumchata you ask? If you’ve never tried this cinnamon flavored creme liquor before you’re missing out. I would suggest going over to the liquor store now and buying a bottle of it. Then there’s the Andes mints. You might think cinnamon and mint chips might be a weird combo, but you’re wrong. They work really well together! If you’re not a fan of mint, I would just suggest using some semi sweet chocolate or dark chocolate instead. This boozy hot chocolate drink you can make it quick over the stove top in less than 10 minutes or if you’re in planning a party, just keep it all warm in slow cooker. Either way, it still tastes good.
To top of the hot chocolate just add a scoop of whipped cream, cool whip, or heck even some ice cream! Then top with some more mints and serve.
