It gives you that fluffy, cozy pancake flavor with way less effort. Everything bakes together in one dish, so you can scoop it into a bowl and enjoy all the warm, syrupy goodness without the hassle.

    This is perfect for slow mornings, busy weekdays, or anytime you want a comforting breakfast that feels a little special but is still easy to make. It is also great for using pantry staples you already have on hand.

    Step 1: Add pancake mix, mashed banana, and egg whites to a microwave-safe bowl. Mix well.

    Pro Tips for Lazy Pancake Bowl

    • Do not overmix the batter. A few lumps are fine and will help keep the texture fluffy
    • Use a smaller baking dish for a thicker, softer pancake bowl
