What Ingredients do I need for Rumchata Hot Chocolate?

In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain check here

    • Cool Whip - A frozen whipped topping that is found in the freezer section of the grocery store. I like it a lot because I’m lazy and don’t like beating heavy cream to making whipped cream. 😉
    • Andes Mint Chips  - You might think a cinnamon/rum-flavored liquor and mint chips might be a weird combo, but you're wrong. They work really well together!
    • Rumchata - If you've never tried this cinnamon flavored creme liquor before you're missing out! I would suggest going over to the liquor store now and buying a bottle of it. It is a type of liquor that does not need to be refrigerated!
    • Milk - whole milk is listed in the recipe below but any type of milk will work. Even a non-dairy milk should be ok but just keep in mind Rumchata is not a dairy-free liquor

How to make Rumchata Hot Chocolate

    1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat bring the milk to a low simmer.
    2. Stir in the mint chips and stir until melted. Then add in the Rumchata.
