Why You Will Like This Recipe
Sirloin is one of the best cuts for grilling—it’s leaner than ribeye, more tender than round, and more affordable than filet. I’ve grilled dozens of steaks over the years, and sirloin consistently delivers that steakhouse-style bite without the high price tag.
It’s ideal for quick dinners, meal prep, or weekend cookouts when you want something satisfying and impressive.
I've made quite a bit of steak recipes on this blog so I'm very familiar with cooking it. Try Air Fryer Steak Fajitas, Blackstone Steak Bites High Protein, Carnivore Steak, or even Steak on Blackstone Griddle (How To)

Recipe FAQs
For a perfect medium rare top sirloin steak cook the steak for 10 - 12 minutes and flip the steak half way through the cooking time.
Top sirloin grills fast at a high heat and it is definitely a good grilling steak a long with ribeye. Those two both take about the same amount of time to cook depending on the thickness.
Always store leftovers in clean, food-grade containers. The type of container doesn’t really matter. Use zip lock, glass, and plastic containers.
The best way to cook a sirloin steak is on a grill with high heat. Season it with salt and pepper or your favorite herbs and seasoning!
