    Cheddar Bacon Bombs 003

Stuffed dough bites filled with cheddar cheese and bacon. You can bake them in the oven or air fry them.

Ever since getting my air fryer I’ve been going through older recipes on this site and updating them to include air fryer instructions. That is, if I know the recipe will work in the air fryer. These Cheddar Bacon Bombs definitely will work in your air fryer. They are little balls of cooked dough stuffed with cheddar bacon and then get stuffed with a garlic butter spread.

    Ingredients for Cheddar Bacon Bombs

Canned Biscuit Dough -  Other items that will work are refrigerated canned pizza dough or frozen bread dough that has been thawed

If you are low carb you can use my recipe for Fat Head Pizza Dough

Cheddar - Any type of cheese that is shredded will be ok.

Bacon  - Use bacon that has already been pre-cooked so it’s easier to assemble the bombs.

Olive Oil  -  or melted butter

    Parsley  - use fresh parsley

Oregano and Garlic Powder for spice

How to make  Cheddar Bacon Bombs

See and print the  full recipe below.

Take one biscuit dough and spread the biscuit out with your fingers. You can also use a rolling pin to do that too.

Place a piece of bacon on the bottom in the center of the biscuit and then shredded cheese. Wrap the biscuit around the cheese and pinch down to the dough so that they're really tight. Do this with the remaining biscuits.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter with the parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture on top of the bombs. Then bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs start turning brown. At 350 degrees.

Or Air Fry at 400 for 5 to 7 minutes.
