Sex in a pan is a layered dessert with a sugar cookie type crust, a layer of sweet cream cheese, chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and whipped topping. Sometimes chopped pecans are added to the crust and you can make this recipe with them or leave them out.
I have no idea where this recipe originated from or who called it this name. The only thing I know is that it tastes good and is a delight to eat in my mouth. But we all can agree that it isn’t even close to having the real deal. Right? 😉

What Ingredients do I need for Sex in a Pan?
In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain ingredients. I also will try and list out what the ingredients' purpose is for.
- Pecans - The pecans are optional but will make the crust 10 times better. People with nut allergies can leave them out. Use a food processor to make sure they are chopped into fine crumbs. The pecans will also add a lot more points to the recipe for those that follow WW.
- Flour - is a type of wheat flour that is commonly used in cooking and baking. It is versatile and can be used for a variety of recipes, including bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries.
- Regular Sugar and powdered sugar - Or regular granulated sugar, I do not use sugar substitutes in any of my recipes but if you know the conversions feel free to do so
- Vanilla Pudding and Chocolate Pudding Mix - dry instant kind - make your own pudding if you have a good recipe for it. For a lower point dessert use sugar-free pudding.
- Milk - 2% or whole milk, if you are dairy free use lactose free milk
- Cream Cheese - I like to use Reduced-Fat Cheese because it has a lower calorie count and less saturated fat than regular cheese, but it may also have a different taste and texture. It also helps with keeping the calorie count pretty low for this recipe.
- Cool Whip - A frozen whipped topping that is found in the freezer section of the grocery store. I like it a lot because I’m lazy and don’t like beating heavy cream to making whipped cream. 😉

What's the serving size? 1/2 cup?

I would leave out the nuts if you have an allergy. Coconut milk would probably work.
Brigitte says
Can I make without nuts, allergies and also can I use coconut milk?
