Do you ever get in a breakfast rut like I do? I’ll eat the same thing for days and days, and don’t bother changing my breakfast up. Lately, it’s been peanut butter toast and my coke zero. Don’t laugh at me, cause coke zero is my morning coffee.
These sausage and egg muffins are so easy, you don’t really need a recipe for them. They’re so versatile, if they’re vegetarian just leave out the sausage and add in some mushrooms or bell peppers. Use bacon instead of sausage or chorizo. Make some Mexican egg muffins. One muffin has almost 9 grams of protein to keep you full all morning long!
Guys, I am kind of upset about the 3 finalists in Next Food Star. I’ve always watched this show since it started. My favorite person was Arnold and I thought that Star Salvation episode was a load of crap. Why even bother have that? I was quite angry when Dom came back, I would have rather seen Rue since there were nothing but guys anyway. The guy who won last season didn’t even get a show. Who’s to say any of these finalists will get a show? The last guy was caught saying some nasty things about the Food Network Staff and finalists on some forums online. I don’t know why I bother watching this show in the first place? None of my favorite people ever win anyway. Do you want to know what show I’m excited for? Camp Cutthroat! The previews look so hilarious!
