    Why You Will Like This

An air fryer preheats quickly and cooks faster than a traditional oven. You can have your baked brie ready in about 10 minutes versus 20+ minutes in the oven.

Air fryers provide consistent, even heat, which ensures your brie melts perfectly. The cheese will become gooey and soft inside with a slightly golden, crisp outer layer — all without the risk of overcooking.

This warm baked brie is topped with sweet apples and dried cranberries. I recently updated this recipe to also include air fryer instructions since those weren't popular when I shared this recipe back in 2015. Serve this baked brie with your favorite chips or crackers at any type of party.

If you're making this recipe in the air fryer the apples and cranberries will need to be warmed up in sauce pan while the brie is cooking in the air fryer.

    Recipe FAQS

What air fryer do I use to make baked brie?

I have two air fryers. The Cosori 4 Qt Air Fryer and Ninja Woodfire Grill which is an outdoor air fryer. It’s pretty awesome! It has 5 different functions on it.

Do I need to preheat an air fryer for baked brie?

Some air fryers require preheating and some do not. Be sure to check your air fryer manual. Mine does not require preheating. If the food ever burns or doesn’t cook properly this could be why the recipe didn’t work for you.

Do I need to use oil when using an air fryer?

One of the reasons why air fryers are so great is because food doesn’t need a lot of oil. Especially frozen food. Just a small amount is fine or use Cooking Spray.
