Honeydew Slush – Blended frozen honey dew and mint come together in this refreshing Summer drink!
I’ve been cutting up different types of melons and placing them in the freezer, like that 1 Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet everybody has been going nuts over. That easy method of freezing watermelon chunks has been pinned almost 4K times since June 23rd. This time, I tested that same method with some honey dew melon in my blender. I added some water, a little bit of mint, and some honey and it came out to be a slushy consistency. Whatever you call it, it was a damn good slushy mush and it would be even better with some coconut rum added to it. I’ll remember that for next time.
Hurray for Summer drinks! Feel free to add whatever booze you like with this. Some rum would be really good.
