These No Bake Golden Graham S'mores Bars are made with Golden Graham Cereal instead of your typical Rice Krispie Cereal. Golden Graham cereal really does a good job at mimicking the Graham Crackers that are typically found in s'mores. Do NOT skip on this part. Then chocolate gets melted into the marshmallows to make an easy no-bake cereal bar.

You don't have to start any campfires for this either! Instead of heating up your stove top you can melt the butter and marshmallows in a microwave. Plus, you don't have to wait until summer time to enjoy this either.

Why You Will Like This Recipe

These s'mores bars are perfect for a summer barbecue, a camping trip, or just a fun dessert to enjoy with family and friends.

They are easy to customize by adding different types of chocolate or toppings, and are sure to be a hit with anyone who loves s'mores!

    Ingredients Needed

    Ingredients needed for S'mores bars.
    • Mini Marshmallows - are typically used as a topping or an ingredient in a variety of recipes such as hot chocolate, rice crispy treats, and s'mores
    • Chocolate chips are small chunks of chocolate that are typically used for baking or as a topping for various desserts. They are usually made from sweetened chocolate and can come in different varieties, such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate.
    • Golden Graham Cereal - is known for its unique flavor and texture, which is a combination of honey and graham cracker taste. I used the Melville Brand from Aldi.
    • Butter - is the most commonly used type of butter in baking, as it allows for more control over the amount of salt in the recipe.
    • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
