Tomorrow is Halloween and if you need a last-minute drink for a party look no further! Halloween is one of my favorite Holidays ever and you can totally make this drink ahead of time. Just combine everything minus the soda in a serving bowl the night before and the day of the party just add ice and soda to it.

You can even make this drink look like a swamp by adding some green sherbet to the top of it. Serve it in a fun spooky glass. The glass I purchased at Spirit Halloween a couple of years ago.

It can also be served in just a regular punch bowl or pitcher and people can help themselves.

    What Ingredients do I need?

Lime Jello  - you do not need to make this according to the directions on the back of the jello package.  Once you add in more liquids the jello will not become thick.

Pineapple juice is a refreshing and delicious drink that is enjoyed by many people around the world. One of the most well-known benefits of pineapple juice is that it contains high levels of vitamin C and manganese, which are both important for maintaining a healthy immune system and promoting good bone health

Lime Flavored Soda  - One of the most popular lime flavored sodas is Sprite, which has a bright and bubbly taste that is loved by people of all ages. Another popular choice is 7-Up, which has a similar taste profile to Sprite but with a slightly different balance of flavors.

Chilled Vodka - use your favorite flavored vodka here just make sure it's not a colored vodka it will turn the drink a color that isn't green. ha! A plain Vodka, Whipped Vodka, or Vanilla vodka would be really good

See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.

    Best Bar Tending Tips

    • Always keep 6 basic liquors stocked in your bar. Those are Vodka, Whiskey, Rum, Tequila, Gin, and Brandy.
    • Different types of liqueurs are also great to have for a well stocked bar. Examples of creme based liqueurs are Rumchata, Kauhula,  or Irish Cream
    • Essential mixers to keep on hand would be ginger beer, different flavored juices, or or sodas like Sprite and Club.
    • Simple syrups are just equal parts sugar and water and you can add whatever extract flavoring you want to them.
    • Of course, always keep a variety of different cocktail glasses serving and ice on hand.

Can you make this recipe a few hours ahead or will that ruin it because of the soda carbonation

If you're allergic to pineapples why would you use more pineapple juice?
