If you grew up in the Midwest, there is a good chance you already know how legendary Caseyโs Breakfast Pizza is. This iconic gas station breakfast pizza has developed a loyal fan base for good reason. It combines fluffy scrambled eggs, melty cheese, savory breakfast meat, and creamy cheese sauce all baked on top of soft pizza crust.

This homemade version captures everything people love about the original while being easy to make right at home. It is perfect for breakfast, brunch, meal prep, or even breakfast for dinner. The combination of cheesy eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, and buttery crust makes every slice incredibly satisfying.
This is my favorite thing to get once a week and I have it with a cup of Greek yogurt.

Ingredients Needed

- Self-rising flour - is a type of flour that already contains baking powder and salt, which are essential ingredients in many baked goods.
- Greek yogurt nonfat - adds some extra protein to the dough and helps keep you full!
- Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles or any type of cooked pork sausage
- Eggs cooked in a skillet and scrambled
- Nacho cheese sauce Tostitos Medium Con Queso Sauce - If you've ever tried Casey's Breakfast Pizza and live in the Midwest they use nacho cheese sauce.
- Colby Jack cheese blend - I like to use Reduced-Fat Cheese because it has a lower calorie count and less saturated fat than regular cheese, but it may also have a different taste and texture.

Recipe Tip: There are many different ways to make your own pizza. I've tried this recipe using Aldi's Pizza dough from Mama Cozzi's, or any store bought pizza crust will work fine if you don't want to make pizza dough. The one above is from Market Pantry at Target.
How to Make Breakfast Pizza
Step 1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐ.
Step 2. Mix together the dough. Combine the Greek Yogurt and Self Rising Flour in a bowl. Mix the dough together until a ball has formed. Roll out the dough into a round pizza shape. See my tips above for working with 2-Ingredient Dough. Skip this step if using store-bought dough.

Step 3. Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat. Crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk them with a fork. Add the eggs to a skillet and cook the eggs all the way through. Transfer eggs to a plate.

Recipe Tip: If you aren't using the sausage crumbles just cook some pork sausage over a skillet.

Step 4. Spread nacho cheese sauce on top of the dough. Spread the cheese over the sauce and sprinkle the sausage crumbles on top of the cheese. These can still be frozen since they cook in the oven. Spread the scrambled eggs over the top of the pizza.

Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Pro Tips for Breakfast Pizza
- Prebake the crust slightly to prevent a soggy center
- Soft scramble the eggs since they continue cooking in the oven
- Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melting texture
- Add hash browns for extra breakfast flavor
- Try sausage gravy instead of cheese sauce for a different twist
- Use parchment paper for easier cleanup
- Do not overload the pizza with toppings or the crust may become soft
Storage
Store leftover breakfast pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat slices in the oven, air fryer, or skillet for the best texture. Microwaving works too, but the crust may become softer.
You can also freeze breakfast pizza slices individually wrapped for up to 2 months.
