Easy air fryer bacon and egg toasts are great for a weekend brunch. These toasts only require 3 ingredients and you can make them in under 10 minutes!
I made these bacon and egg air fryer toasts in my Ninja Foodi Air Fryer. Ninja Foodi air fryers have 4 settings: air fry, roast, bake, and grill. Whenever I cook bacon on the air fryer setting at a really high temperature like 390 the bacon will start to smoke and sometimes the smoke detector goes off. My dogs don’t like that noise much. This time I tried the bake setting at 400 and that never happened!
Eggs in Air Fryers
One of my popular posts on this site is for Air Fryer Hard-boiled eggs. Those types of eggs are delicious but I also like my egg yolks on the runny side. After cooking the bacon on some parchment paper for about 4 minutes I cooked the eggs on the toast for 4 to 6 minutes for a runny yolk. The bacon was done and so were the eggs. Depending on the air fryer you have you might have to cook your egg longer for the yolks to be whatever you desire.
These breakfast toasts were delicious and I served them with some fresh fruit on the side.
