    You can make it ahead of time and when you're ready to go just pop it in the air fryer. Cook the sausage and eggs before hand.

    Step 2 Cook the eggs: Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add the egg whites and 1 large egg to a pan, and scramble them until the eggs are cooked. Set aside.
