Blackstone nachos are one of the easiest and most flavorful meals you can make on your griddle. They are loaded with seasoned meat, melted cheese, and crispy chips, all cooked right on the flat top for that perfect combination of textures.

This recipe comes together quickly and is perfect for game day, casual dinners, or feeding a crowd. Cooking nachos on the Blackstone gives you even heat and allows everything to melt together without turning soggy like oven nachos sometimes do.

All you need to do is cook your meat, layer everything on the griddle, and let the cheese melt. It is simple, customizable, and always a hit.

Cook the chicken: Add diced chicken and cook for 6โ€“8 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked.

Add the BBQ sauce: Lower the heat slightly and stir in the BBQ sauce to coat the chicken. Let it caramelize for a minute or two.

Heat toppings: Move chicken aside and warm the corn and black beans on the griddle.
