Honey Roasted Peaches 053

Enjoy the taste of Summer with these roasted peaches. They can be baked in the oven or air fried. Top them off with some whipped cream cheese, a little honey, and some almonds for crunch.

Peaches are super hard to find ripe where I live in the Summertime. They usually are hard when you get them at the grocery store and you have to ripen them to become soft. Kind of like how avocados are. To ripen peaches you can place them in a paper bag and in a couple of days they will be ready to eat.

Ingredients for Air Fryer Roasted Peaches

Peaches  -  Any stone type fruit can work with this recipe if you don’t like peaches.

Butter - melted

Honey   - for sweetness

Cream Cheese  -  softened at room temperature, can also use mascarpone

Sliced Almonds - for crunch. A homemade granola would also be good on top of the peaches.

How to make Roasted Peaches in Air Fryer

See and print the  full recipe below.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Or preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spoon out some of the flesh of the peaches. Place peaches skin side up in air fryer basket or on a baking sheet (if using an oven). Spoon a teaspoon of melted butter over the peach. Then drizzle with honey.

Air fry for 5 minutes. Continue cooking the peaches for  2 to 3 minutes more.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. (oven)

When the peaches come out, decorate them them with about a tablespoon of cream cheese and the almonds. Enjoy!
