    one pot creamy pasta 024

This Cheesy One Pot Three Cheese Pasta is a simple one-pot dish cooked in one skillet for easy cleaning. Milk, chicken broth, and a blend of three kinds of cheese come together to make a great sauce. This is very similar to those Lipton noodle packets that you can get at the grocery store but better because it doesn’t contain any extra crappy ingredients like tons of sodium and preservatives in this recipe.

If I were to have this one-pot 3 cheese pasta recipe with a meal I'd include some freshly baked salmon for 0 points and add some green beans. I like to cook my salmon in the air fryer at 350 for 12 minutes and have some green beans with for a side. This pasta recipe is mainly carbs so you still need some protein and fiber with it.

    What Ingredients do I need?

In this section, you can find substitutes or suggestions for certain ingredients. I also will try and list out what the ingredients' purpose is for.

Olive Oil - good organic olive oil - I like to use the Simply Nature Organic Extra Virgin oil from Aldi, it's a very good price and not so expensive

Garlic   - freshly minced or minced from a jar is also fine

Chicken Broth  - no salt added or low sodium chicken broth

    Butter - unsalted butter

     Fettuccine noodles

3 Cheese Blend - get a package of shredded cheese that has mostly Italian cheeses in it like Asiago, Ramon, and Parmesan

    Parmesan Parsley - freshly mined

How to make One Pot 3 Cheese Pasta

To print the full recipe please see the recipe card below.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Stir in chicken broth, milk, butter, and fettuccine; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes. Stir in cheese. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

    Serving size: ½ cup

Do they like spicy foods? You could used crushed red pepper flakes.

I frequently cook for someone with a garlic intolerance, but I want to try to make these! Do they rely heavily on the garlic for flavor, or could i just skip it entirely? is there a different flavor option i could use in place of the garlic?

It was a mix of Parmesan, Ramono, and Mozzarella... The brand was Belgioso.
