Everything Bagel seasoning has been quite popular lately and it’s just not for bagels anymore! Trader Joe’s used to be the only store that had it and now other stores like CVS, Costco, and Aldi are selling their own seasoning. If you know where else you can find this seasoning let me know in the comments below. It is really easy to make Everything Bagel Seasoning at home and I do have a recipe for that on this blog.
I have been looking for different ways to use this seasoning other than on top of avocado toast. That gets kind of boring but it's still really good. This seasoning is great as a coating for Chicken Tenders. Last year, I saw a lot of food bloggers add it to the top of their chicken as a seasoning and I had to try it myself. I also saw this seasoning being the coating for a cheeseball.
The air fryer is one of my favorite kitchen appliances. Check out some of these recipes! Air Fryer Chimichangas, Air Fryer Mcdonald's Apple Hand PIes, Air Fryer Grilled Cheese, and Air Fryer Pita Pizzas.

Ingredients Needed
Low fat buttermilk - No buttermilk on hand? Try combining milk with lemon juice and let it sit out for a couple of minutes. Instant buttermilk!
Chicken breast tenderloins - Buy them pre-cut or cut your own. Chicken tenders are a great source for extra protein!
Salt and black pepper - Is a personal preference, always season to taste.
Panko bread crumbs - are a type of breadcrumb commonly used in Japanese cuisine. Panko bread crumbs can be found in most grocery stores and are often used as a substitute for traditional breadcrumbs in recipes.
Flour - all purpose flour
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning - can be storebought or homemade - Make my recipe for Everything Bagel Seasoning Recipe

What to Serve with Chicken Tenders?
My favorite thing to serve with chicken tenders is air fryer frozen french fries. I use the same temperature as the chicken (350) and cook them for 12 minutes.
Paula Deen's Crock Pot Mac and Cheese or Slow Cooker Calico Beans are some great side options.
Recipe FAQs
When you compare air-fried food to deep-fried food it is much healthier because there is hardly any oil used at all. The only oil I use is from my Pam cooking spray.
An air fryer is a kitchen appliance that cooks by circulating hot air around the food using the convection mechanism. It is a downsized version of the convection oven.
I have two air fryers. The Cosori 4 Qt Air Fryer and Ninja Woodfire Grill which is an outdoor air fryer. It’s pretty awesome! It has 5 different functions on it.
Some air fryers require preheating and some do not. Be sure to check your air fryer manual.
This seasoning has a combination of spices including poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic and onion, and salt. It is really simple to mix together but many stores have their own seasoning mix.
