If you’re looking for new ways to use that Everything but the Bagel seasoning you HAVE to try these Everything Bagel Chicken tenders. Both Air Fryer and Oven Instructions included.
Hello, if you're new here welcome! My regular posting schedule has been on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I post WW friendly recipes for Air Fryer and Instant Pot and other recipes as well so stick around and bookmark this page.
Everything Bagel seasoning has been quite popular lately and it’s just not for bagels anymore! Trader Joe’s used to be the only store that had it and now other stores like CVS, Costco, and Aldi are selling their own seasoning. If you know where else you can find this seasoning let me know in the comments below. It is really easy to make Everything Bagel Seasoning at home and I do have a recipe for that on this blog.

I have been looking for different ways to use this seasoning other than on top of avocado toast. That gets kind of boring but it's still really good. This seasoning is great as a coating for Chicken Tenders. Last year, I saw a lot of food bloggers add it to the top of their chicken as a seasoning and I had to try it myself. I also saw this seasoning being the coating for a cheeseball.

Tips for Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders
If you don’t have buttermilk at home you can make your own buttermilk by using any type of milk that you have on hand and adding a little bit of lemon juice to it.
What goes good with chicken tenders? My favorite thing to serve with chicken tenders is air fryer frozen french fries. I use the same temperature as the chicken (350) and cook them for 12 minutes. They come out really good and crispy. Then I top them with all-purpose seasoning. Some other options other than french fries are potato salad, cole saw, mac and cheese, applesauce, and biscuits. Air fried chicken tenders in the middle of some biscuits? You have a yummy sandwich there.
Chicken is done when the internal temperature reads 165 degrees. Another way you can tell if the chicken is done is when you cut into it and it is no longer pink in the middle.
What air fryers are best?
I've had 3 or 4 different air fryers or the past 5 years and each one of them has worked very well with the air fryer recipes on this site. If you want to be able to cook more food for your family at once then get an air fryer with a large basket such as 5.3 quarts. Look for ones that say nonstick on them and has multiple program settings.
Power XL Air Fryer 5.3 Quart Basket. - This was my very first air fryer.
Our 5.3QT Power Air-Fryer comes in handy in preparing amazing meals from your cookbook, and frying a variety of dishes, such as: French fries, chicken, steak, roasts, fish tacos and sticks, waffle fries, pies, pudding and donuts.
Ninja Foodi Grill and Air Fryer - This air fryer works very well too but the air fryer setting doesn't go below 300 degrees. If there's a recipe that calls for lower temperatures you have to use the bake setting. It air frys, roasts, grills, and dehydrates food.
Cosori 4 Qt Air Fryer- This air fryer doesn't require any preheating and has several different functions for cooking chicken, meat, frozen foods, etc. There are 5 different functions.
