Weight Watchers Cinco De Mayo Recipes

Published: May 4, 2019 · Modified: Jan 15, 2023 by Jenna · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

Today is May the 4th be with you and I’m celebrating by watching the Star Wars marathon at home on TBS. Sorry, but I have no WW friendly Star Wars recipes on my blog. Tomorrow is Cinco De Mayo and here are 7 good recipes to make for that Holiday! I just love Mexican food and I think I could eat it every day. I know this is probably a last minute thing and I should have probably posted it earlier this week. Sorry for the inconvenience for those of you who were looking for Cinco De Mayo recipes. If I had to choose my favorite recipe below it would probably be the Chimichanga.

Cinco de Mayo is an annual celebration held on May 5. The date is observed to commemorate the Mexican Army's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of General Ignacio Zaragoza.

In Mexico, most of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations that take place occur in the town of Puebla (where the battle took place). There are large parades that feature people dressed up as Mexican and French soldiers. ... People decorate for Cinco de Mayo with balloons, streamers, and flowers.

Bubble Up Enchiladas with 2 ID Biscuits -

Salsa Chicken

make tender and juicy chicken tacos in the slow cooker that melt in your mouth. All you need is a jar of salsa and some chicken breasts.

Beef Enchiladas

Beef enchiladas are one of my favorites foods to eat at Mexican restaurants. These beef enchiladas are only 5 smart points and they are huge and very filling.

Air Fryer Chimichangas

Chimichangas are my second favorite food to order at Mexican restaurants. Usually, they are deep fried in a lot of oil but this recipe is for the air fryer which uses no oil at all!

Zero Point Chicken Fajitas

An entire meal made on one sheet pan and in under 20 minutes? Yah, I did that!
